Welcome, Mountain Meadows Owners. This update outlines essential information regarding the ongoing restructuring and distribution process, including tax compliance, required documentation, and next steps. It builds upon our prior communications and reflects feedback from the recent town hall.

• Non-U.S. owners are subject to a 15% IRS withholding under federal FIRPTA laws.
   
• Applies to owners without a valid W-9 or those submitting a W-8.
   
• Consult a tax professional if this applies to you.
   

All owners must submit a W-9 (or W-8 for foreign owners) to receive distributions.
