January 5, 2025

• The association transitions to operating as a condominium association.
• The amendment permits the 12 former timeshare units to be sold individually, offering flexibility for future condominium owners.

Post-January 5, 2025

• Lemonjuice will engage a broker to facilitate the sale of the individual units.
• Owners will be required to complete a W-9 form to receive distributions from the sale of each unit.
